You're not bound by a specific timeframe to cancel before your next charge. There's no elusive "window" you have to navigate—cancel your membership whenever it suits you, but If your payment is scheduled for that day, we will proceed with processing it.

Yes, it's not a mistake—only $10 to cancel, provided your account is in good standing. We believe in a fair and transparent approach; we don't intend to penalize you for choosing to cancel. In fact, you are always welcome back whenever you decide to return.

We consider you an active member, even in the event of a payment failure on your renewal date. In such cases, we will make multiple communication attempts to help resolve the issue. However, if non-payment persists for three consecutive months, we regretfully will need to initiate collections procedures, leading to the cancellation of your membership.
